Georgia Department of Community Health requires all students to have immunizations.
The only exceptions are medical and religious - for those we need a signed, notarized waiver.
By the time, your child reaches 6th grade, they should have all they need up to the 7th grade.
Before entering the 7th grade they will need a Tdap, and a mengiocele or (MCV4). Those immunizations
will cover them through high school.
Your medical doctor may suggest others such as influenza, or HPV and those are great for keeping the
healthy, but not required by the Georgia Law.
